10. Cameron Johnston, punter

On the topic of field position, Cameron Johnston has been pinning teams deep in their own territory time and time again. He is in the top half of NFC punters with 17 punts downed inside the 20-yard line. He is also eighth in the NFL in average yards per punt and tenth in average net yards per punt.

With the struggling Eagles offense, it is going to be important to win the field position battle and at least get into field goal range on drives. The defense struggled last week but they play much better at home. that’s important as two out of the next three games are at Lincoln Financial Field.

Forcing a three-and-out after putting a team in a bad field position to start will put the Eagles offense in favorable situations where they can chew some clock and get points. The way Jake Elliott has kicked this year, they should have a guaranteed three points on most drives if they win the field position battle. If Johnston can continue to pin teams deep and help the offense get into a more manageable field position on ensuing drives, this team can pull out some much-needed wins at home.
