4. November 15th, 2010: The Monday Night Massacre

Cue the controversy. For those of you who want this one higher on the list, think about something for a few tics. Though Michael Vick was special in this one, this game wasn’t the best victory on the Eagles and Redskins rivalry, nor was it one of the top three.

‘The Monday Night Massacre’ is remembered for a lot of reasons. One, it has a really cool nickname. Second, we all play Fantasy football, and many of us had Vick on our Fantasy teams in 2010.

If you started him in Week 10 of 2010, you’re probably still bragging about how you took over your league in one night’s worth of work.

Third, we all love highlights and this game had plenty, the opening bomb from Vick to DeSean Jackson for instance. Then, there’s one more thing, and this may be the biggest factor of them all, it was on national television on Monday Night Football.

Was Vick special? Absolutely! He tossed game-changer after game-changer as he racked up 333 yards passing and four touchdown passes.

He added another 80 yards on the ground and two touchdowns with his legs, but being on the MNF stage and having Mike Tirico call the game (a guy who can make the dictionary sound exciting), this one gets a little extra from all of us.

Here’s the thing though. Imagine if these next two games were played in primetime.
