Week 17’s NFL Power Rankings

Here’s your top five. As you might imagine, everyone seems to agree who the best team is in the NFL is.

26. . 13-2. . Baltimore Ravens. 1. team

For the first time in the Baltimore Ravens history, the road to the Super Bowl runs through their stadium. If they can maintain the torrid pace that they’ve been on, who’s going to beat them? All you can hope for if you’re opposed to a third Lombardi Trophy in the Ravens’ case is a collapse.

. New Orleans Saints. 2. team. 15. . 12-3

With a very capable defense, a future Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee at quarterback, and a head coach who’s probably also destined for Canton, it’s hard to bet against the New Orleans Saints in the NFL, especially if they get home-field advantage in their conference.

3. team. 42. . 12-3. . San Francisco 49ers

They’ve been great all year, and by the looks of things, the San Francisco 49ers are going to be good for a long time. can they make it to Miami?

124. . 11-4. . Kansas City Chiefs. 4. team

After a few hiccups in what was supposed to be a season where the Kansas City Chiefs earned home-field advantage, they seemed to have found themselves, and what’s scary is they’ve also found a defense.

49. . 12-3. . Green Bay Packers. 5. team

Every week, we want to count the Green Bay Packers out, and every week, they just keep right on winning. If they play at their best, something they sometimes forget to do, they can beat anybody.
