Here’s the rest of the top half of the league.

11. Philadelphia Eagles (8-7): Can you believe, after everything that you’ve seen, that these ‘Birds’ have a shot at competing in the postseason? They do, and they should get a chance. We’ll learn soon enough how things shake out.

12. Tennessee Titans (8-7): What might have happened had this team played Ryan Tannehill earlier? It kind of makes you think, doesn’t it?

13. L.A. Rams (8-7): This is either one of the worst coaching jobs that we’ve seen in a while, considering all of the great players that this team has, or this a collection of great talent that just didn’t play up to their potential. Either one of those scenarios or both of them is accurate, or the NFC is just a gauntlet.

14. Dallas Cowboys (7-8): Every time you see bad things happen to Dallas, you just have to smile if you’re an Eagles fan.

15. Pittsburgh Steelers (8-7): If only Mike Tomlin and his guys had a quarterback. What might have been for the Steelers? Well, they still have a shot, a small one but a shot nonetheless. If things don’t work out, there’s always free agency, the draft, and next season.

16. Indianapolis Colts (7-8): Frank Reich‘s new team is getting there. They aren’t quite there yet, but they’re coming along. It’s tough when your quarterback retires right before the season starts.
