Here’s the bottom half of the league.

Here’s how we grade the bottom half of the league.

17. Chicago Bears (7-8): As many of us expected, the Bears took a big step backward in 2019. We’ll have to wait patiently to see how Matt Nagy and company bounce back after this one.

18. Atlanta Falcons (6-9): Can we stop saying that Matt Ryan is elite now? Now, all of you aren’t guilty of this, but for those of you that are, can we stop saying that?

19. Oakland Raiders (7-8): It doesn’t matter whether they’re in Oakland or Las Vegas. It’s going to be a long time before this team is good again.

20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-8): How can Jameis Winston throw so many touchdowns and turn around and throw so many interceptions? Bruce Arians is an excellent coach. We all know that, but it’s going to take his best coaching effort to turn this mess around.

21. Denver Broncos (6-9): By our calculation and if history has taught us anything, this team will be bad for quite some time before eventually winning a Super Bowl and going back to being bad again.

22. Cleveland Browns (6-9): Baker Mayfield is overrated. Freddie Kitchens isn’t a leader of men, and this team is a mess. If you aren’t humble, this league will humble you.
