3. CeeDee Lamb, wide receiver, Oklahoma

Ceedee Lamb has a little bit of everything: size, speed, and ability to take any reception to the house. He stands a six-foot-two. He weighs in at about 189 pounds, and all of that should translate to the next level, and he’s produced well despite having to play with three quarterbacks in three seasons.

He’s not fast enough to solve Philly’s issues with not having a deep threat, but he is good enough to step in and be Philly’s number one receiver right now. He’s a mid to late-round selection on day one, or he could come off of draft boards on day two.

4. Justin Jefferson, wide receiver, LSU

LSU’s Justin Jefferson hasn’t been linked to Philly, but if they miss out on both Lamb or someone else who may be ranked higher, he’s someone worth considering if the Eagles desire to satisfy the notion to select a wideout early.

So far, he’s racked up 75 receptions, over 1,000 yards, and 12 trips to the end zone in 2019.
