5. Tee Higgins, wide receiver, Clemson

Tee Higgins is one of those big targets that every quarterback and offensive coordinator seems to fall in love with. He’s not a burner. The truth is there aren’t many wide receivers in this year’s class that are, but with coaching, he could wind up being everything that Alshon Jeffery used to be and everything Eagles fans are still hoping that JJ Arcega-Whiteside can become.

So far this season, he’s tallied 40 receptions for 799 yards and eight trips to the end zone. He’s a bad matchup at any level. He’s too big for corners to try and be physical with. He’s too quick for linebackers to cover consistently.

6. K.J. Hill, wide receiver, Ohio State

K.J. Hill isn’t going to wow anyone with the stats, seven touchdowns and 469 receiving yards on 42 receptions, but he has nice hands, a trait many Eagles receivers don’t share.

In 2018, the stat line looked a little better as he totaled 70 catches for 885 yards and six touchdowns.
