3. Seattle’s rushing attack ranks in the top ten in two major categories.

Sunday’s game features several strength-versus-weakness matchups, but there are also a few that qualify as ‘strength versus strength’. Seattle’s running game versus Philly’s rushing defense is definitely an example of the latter scenario. Seattle ranks in the NFL’s top ten in both yards per game (137.5) and yards per carry (4.6).

Marshawn Lynch didn’t look dominant in his Week-17 return, but he did reach the end zone once, and in his defense, he was keyed on every time he was in the game.

4. The Eagles are stout against the run and have been all season

The Eagles give up just over 90 rushing yards per game, but there is one major issue with this highly-touted run defense. They give up a staggering 4.1 yards per carry. This next statement could qualify as both good news and bad news. Much of the reason for that is they’ve mostly held up on a play-to-play basis, but they have been susceptible to the big strike.

See Saquon Barkley‘s big run in  Week 17 or the aforementioned Rashaad Penny run the last time these two teams met if you need any further evidence of that.
