4. LSU Edge Rusher K’Lavon Chaisson

Keeping the trend going with LSU defenders, K’Lavon Chaisson is expected to catch the attention of numerous teams looking to add an effective pass-rusher in the first round of the draft.

Does this mean the Eagles will be expressing interest as well? Well, since Jim Schwartz can always use an extra weapon capable of getting to opposing quarterbacks, it obviously makes sense for Philadelphia to explore the possibility of Chaisson.

From his ability to burst off the line to stopping the run being one of his major strengths, Chaisson is another strong defender that could bring a lot to the table for Philadelphia not just as a rookie, but for the long run.

Looking at how the NFC East is shaping out with young quarterbacks on the rise in Daniel Jones and Dwayne Haskins on top of Dak Prescott, the Eagles are going to need as much extra help possible moving forward when it comes to applying constant pressure on quarterbacks.

Philadelphia is already in decent shape with solid players such as Fletcher Cox and Brandon Graham when it comes to pass-rushers, but if Chaisson were to become part of the picture, it would only make the unit stronger as they look to defend their division title in 2020.
