3. Jason Peters

Have fans seen the last of Jason Peters in an Eagles uniform? For a player who will be 38 by the end of January, it could be best for Philadelphia to move on from the veteran tackle in the offseason and pave the way for Andre Dillard officially taking over the starting job.

But also, if Peters is still capable of playing at a high level, why wouldn’t the Eagles want to bring him back for a 12th season with the team, especially if it will provide depth to the offensive line?

Like most players, Peters can be frustrating at times when it comes to unnecessary penalties, but there’s no denying that he’s been one of the best in the business for most of his career.

Since providing the proper protection for Carson Wentz is going to continue being a top priority for Philadelphia moving forward, it only makes sense to keep Peters around if he can continue making an impact.

Acquiring Peters from the Buffalo Bills prior to the 2009 season was easily one of the best decisions the Eagles made in franchise history, and even if his time in Philadelphia were to come to an end, he would still be a fan favorite forever.
