The duds

Derek Barnett, defensive end

30 total tackles, 6.5 sacks, and a boatload of bad plays because of a lack of discipline aren’t going to cut it. Slow starts are one thing. Hey, Brandon Graham‘s career got off to a slow start, but every single season, we keep expecting fireworks from Derek Barnett. Then, game after game goes by, and we get a guy who’s either not playing up to his potential or he’s simply not as good as we believe him to be.

Ronald Darby, cornerback

Does this one even need to be explained any more? Do you need any more evidence on Ronald Darby?

Nelson Agholor, wide receiver

The best of Nelson Agholor has already come and gone. He had a few flashes. He helped the Eagles win a Super Bowl. Then, he regressed again in 2019. Let’s face it. We don’t need to see more from Agholor to know what his legacy is in Philadelphia.

He’s an ultra-sensitive, underachieving waste of talent who honestly was full of ups and downs. Unfortunately, if Agholor is a part of your team, there will always be more down moments than good ones. Not only that, a burner account may pop up on social media that attacks you quarterback anonymously.
