. . . Laviska Shenault Jr. . 2. player. 857

Unless you’re a huge Colorado Buffaloes fan, it’s probably safe to assume that you haven’t seen a ton of their games. They didn’t get a ton of the ESPN primetime checks. You never see them featured in any big game. Then, there’s the other thing.

Once you get past Kordell StewartChidobe AwuzieEric Bieniemy, and former Eagles quarterback Koy Detmer, it can be hard to remember some of the great NFL talents that cut their teeth in the Buffaloes program. That’s not to say that don’t provide any. They most certainly do. It’s just hard to rattle a dozen of them off when doing so off the top of one’s head.

Expect to hear Laviska Shenault Jr.‘s name though as he’s getting a lot of first-round and second-round grades already. You can argue that he’s more pro-ready than more popular prospects like Justin Jefferson and CeeDee Lamb. Keep an eye on him. In his final season at Folsom Field in Boulder, he racked up 52 receptions for 721 yards and four trips to the end zone.

NFL scouts are going to love that six-foot-two and 220-pound frame. On another note, shouldn’t the plural form still be ‘Buffalo’?
