1. Gabriel Davis

When looking at some of the previous wide receivers Philadelphia has drafted that have turned out to be complete busts, it’s easy to understand some of the concerns from the fan base heading into this year’s draft.

After recently earning a trip to the playoffs for a third year in a row, the pressure will be on the Eagles once again to make sure they remain a top contender in the NFC once again during the 2020 season.

But in order to have the best chance of this happening, Philadelphia will clearly need to bring in some help at the wide receiver position to avoid another scenario like the end of 2019 when they were forced to adjust without some of their key players, including Agholor.

Central Florida’s Gabriel Davis certainly isn’t going to solve all of the problems the Eagles were dealing with at wide receiver on his own, but the 72 catches for 1,241 yards and 12 touchdowns this past season means he would clearly be a major help.

Unlike Agholor, Davis has proven to be able to handle the responsibilities of being a top wideout if needed, and while this certainly wouldn’t be the case on the Eagles right away, it’s still comforting to know if needed.
