. . . DaVon Hamilton. 9. player. 812

Once you get past those guys who figure to go in the first couple of rounds, it gets cloudy about who the next tier of guys are and how to rate them. When that happens, it’s always smart to look at the teams with NFL talent.

Ohio State is as good a starting point as any. There you find Davon Hamilton. He’s a six-foot-four and 310-pound defensive tackle who racked up 66 total tackles and seven sacks during his 40-game tenure with the Buckeyes. That includes the 28 total tackles and six sacks he collected in his final season. He should be drafted somewhere in the third round or later.

10. player. 822. . . . Jordan Elliott

The Missouri Tigers get forgotten about in the SEC thanks to being surrounded by the likes of the Alabama Crimson Tide, the Ole Miss Rebels, the LSU Tigers, and the Georgia Bulldogs. That isn’t due to a lack of talent though. Missouri holds their own in recruiting and puts their fair share of talent in the NFL.

Jordan Elliott will possibly be considered as one of the top ten defensive tackles in April’s draft once all of the evaluations are done.

Trending. An argument for and against DeFilippo’s return. light

He’s a six-foot-four and 315-pound standout who recorded 44 tackles and 2.5 sacks in his final year in Columbia. That gives him 52 total tackles and 5.5 career sacks over the course of a 26-game career that began with the Texas Longhorns. Keep an eye on him.
