Honorable mention: Ke’Shawn Vaughn (Vanderbilt), Eno Benjamin (Arizona State), JJ Taylor (Arizona)

Ke’Shawn Vaughn of the Vanderbilt Commodores, Eno Benjamin of the Arizona State Sun Devils, and J.J. Taylor of the Arizona Wildcats are three guys to pay attention to if Philly looks to add another running back towards the end of the third round or later.

Vaughn is a five-foot-ten and 215-pound prospect who understands the game very well. He averaged over five yards a rush while racking up 1,028 yards and nine rushing touchdowns. He also hauled in 29 receptions for 286 yards while reaching the end zone as a receiver. He looked small, but he was powerful, running over guys more often than not. He averaged 7.9 yards per rush in 2018.

J.J. Taylor is small. He’s a five-foot-six and tips the scales at 185 pounds. There’s no way, with his frame, that he’s a three-down starter at the next level, but some pro scouts rank him ahead of Eno Benjamin and the latter is seen by many as someone who could come off of draft boards between rounds three and five.

In 2019, Taylor averaged just under five yards per rush while racking up 721 yards and five touchdowns.

Eno Benjamin shined in former Eagle Herm Edwards‘ program, the Arizona State Sun Devils. He’s five-foot-ten. He weighs 201 pounds and could be a guy whose name is called on Day 3. In his final season in Tempe, Benjamin racked up 1,083 rushing yards, 33 receptions for 347 yards and 12 total touchdowns.
