. . Essang Bassey. 9. player. 889.

Essang Bassey is a five-foot-ten, 190-pound cover guy who’s one of the more speedy prospects on this list. His resume throughout the past three seasons earned him a well-deserved spot at the Senior Bowl.

Between that and the annual NFL Combine in February, pro scouts are going to get a few serious looks at Bassey as everyone begins to prepare for the draft in April.

In 2019, the pride of the Wake Forest Demon Deacons program tallied 60 total tackles (41 were solo), am interception, and 11 passes defended. He’s a potential day-three prospect who figures to play slot corner in the NFL.

Michael Ojemudia. 10. player. 878. . .

Michael Ojemudia is a big guy. and he’s quick. He’s six-foot-one. He weighs 200 pounds, and after a season that saw him rack up 52 tackles, three picks, and nine pass breakups for the Iowa Hawkeyes, the word is he may come off of draft boards sometime around Day 3 of the selection meeting.

It should be interesting to see what he does in the 40-yard dash. Rumor has it that he may be a sub-4.5 guy.
