There are a few potential free agents the Philadelphia Eagles should consider targeting on the Chicago Bears for the 2020 season.

Last offseason, the Philadelphia Eagles pulled off a favorable trade with the Chicago Bears to land Jordan Howard to provide the offense with another weapon to work with in the backfield.

Another trade over the next few months seems unlikely to happen, but at least when it comes to potential free agents from the Bears, the Eagles could benefit from giving numerous players a look.

One year after pulling off a major surprise by finishing on top of the NFC North, Chicago took a bit of a step back in 2019, and ended up watching the playoffs from home.

While Mitch Trubisky rightfully took a good amount of the blame for some of his struggles on offense, there were plenty of other factors that came into play for the Bears as well.

However, just because Chicago’s season didn’t exactly turn out the way they thought it would doesn’t necessarily mean Philadelphia should avoid some of their potential free agents.

As great as it was to watch the Eagles earn a trip to the playoffs for a third year in a row this past season after finishing on top of the NFC East ahead of the Dallas Cowboys, it was clear down the stretch they have numerous positions in need of improvement.

Over the next few months, there will be plenty of speculation over which players Philadelphia should be targeting in both free agency and the draft in April.
