2. Ha Ha Clinton-Dix

Last March, Chicago signed Ha Ha Clinton-Dix on a one-year deal with the hope of the safety making a strong enough impact in 2019 to possibly earn a heftier contract down the road.

Time will tell when it comes to determining whether this turns out to be the case for the safety, but the good news for Clinton-Dix is with all of the teams in need of help at the position, there should be plenty of interest from the free agency market.

Even if there’s a strong chance of Clinton-Dix returning to Chicago for a second season with the team, it seems pretty clear the safety will be exploring all options since money always plays a big factor for players in his position.

Similar to the Bears, the Eagles would most likely have an idea in mind of how much money they would want to spend on someone like Clinton-Dix since they have other positions to fill as well.

When looking at the impact Clinton-Dix was able to make in 2019 during all 16 games for the Bears, there’s no question his presence would make for a great addition on the Eagles’ defense.

Sure, there’s always the possibility of Philadelphia re-signing Rodney McLeod, but since nothing is set in stone at the moment, the Eagles should still be open minded with Clinton-Dix.
