4 Philadelphia Eagles 2020 NFL Draft prospects from LSU

In all, the ‘Bayou Bengals’ will see 16 of their best players compete at the 2020 NFL Combine. They include the aforementioned Delpit, Jefferson, and Fulton as well as the best quarterback in this year’s draft, Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow.

Other players who were invited from LSU to Indy who play on the offensive side of the ball include the following. There’s a running back, Clyde Edwards-Helaire. There are three offensive linemen, Saahdiq Charles, Lloyd Cushenberry, and Damien Lewis, and two of the Tigers’ tight ends got the nod. Their names are Thaddeus Moss and Stephen Sullivan.

On defense, pro scouts will get to see four LSU linebackers and a defensive lineman, K’Lavon ChaissonMichael Divinity Jr., Jacob Phillips, Patrick Queen, and Rashard Lawrence II respectively. Blake Ferguson figures to work out with the special teamers as a long snapper.

Pay close attention to Michael Divinity and K’Lavon Chaisson. The former is a potential mid rounder who can play both the inside and outside linebacker position. The latter racked up 105 total tackles, eight sacks, an interception, two pass deflections, two forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, and a defensive touchdown throughout 29 career games at the collegiate level.
