. Henry Ruggs III, wide receiver. . player. 829. .

Do your due diligence and research. Check out a couple of these mock drafts, and you’ll no doubt, come across former Tide receiver Henry Ruggs III. He’s a six-foot burner that tips the scales at 190 pounds, and if the Eagles don’t move up in the draft to take Jeudy or one of the more highly-touted prospects at wideout, Ruggs could be gift wrapped and handed to the ‘Birds’ at 21.

He definitely satisfies Philly’s need for speed as he’s a six-foot, 190-pound speedster who’s expected by many to run a 4.4-second forty-yard dash.

In 2019, Ruggs hauled in 40 receptions for 746 yards and seven trips to the end zone, giving him 98 receptions for 1,716 receiving yards, and 24 receiving touchdowns to go along with two rushing attempts for 75 yards and another trip to the end zone on the ground over the course of his 40-game career at the collegiate level.

He suffered a concussion in the Citrus Bowl versus the Michigan Wolverines, but he doesn’t have an extensive history of head injuries. What he does have is elite speed. He’s faster than Jeudy and most of the other wideouts in this class, and there isn’t a single Eagles fan that will complain if the ‘Birds’ land him at 21.
