player. 812. . . . Malik Harrison, LINEBACKER.

Okay, many of us have tried to be nice about this, but with a potential 2020 salary that’s close to $10 million, the Eagles can’t afford to keep Nigel Bradham on for another season. The numbers just don’t make sense.

If he does walk, the ‘Birds’ are going to have to invest some draft capital in the future. The six-foot-three, 240-pound Malik Harrison is as good a prospect as any if we’re discussing guys who might be available after the third round.

In 2019, he racked up 75 tackles, 4.5 sacks, and four pass breakups. Like Okudah, Young, Dobbins, Hill, Arnette, and Fuller, he’ll be at the NFL Combine and he deserves a very honorable mention. So do two more of Ohio State’s all-star receivers, Austin Mack and Binjimen Victor. They’ll be there are well. As will defensive lineman DaVon Hamilton and offensive lineman Jonah Jackson.

Mack caught 79 passes for 1,050 yards and six touchdowns in 32 career games with the Buckeyes. Victor snagged 83 passes for 1,340 yards and 18 trips to the end zone throughout his 33-game run.

In Hamilton, the ‘Birds’ potentially get depth at the defensive tackle position. In 41 games at the collegiate level, he totaled 66 tackles and seven sacks while Jackson provides much-needed depth for the interior of Philly’s line.

The Buckeyes are going to give the Eagles plenty to pay attention to in Indy and at the Buckeyes’ Pro Day.
