3 potential free agent targets for Eagles from Dolphins in 2020
By Dan Parzych
The Philadelphia Eagles could benefit from considering a few members of the Miami Dolphins during free agency for the 2020 season.
Until free agency officially gets underway in the middle of March during the 2020 offseason, there’s going to be plenty of speculation over which players the Philadelphia Eagles will consider trying to sign, some of which could be from the Miami Dolphins.
For the third season in a row, the Eagles managed to earn a trip to the playoffs after winning the NFC East title over the Dallas Cowboys for the third time since 2017.
Coming up short in the Wild Card Round to the Seattle Seahawks was obviously frustrating for Philadelphia, but also sort of amazing when taking into consideration all the injuries experienced by the Eagles leading up to that point.
On a positive note, as long as certain players get healthy over the next few months, and Philadelphia takes advantage of filling needs at numerous positions during free agency along with the draft, the Eagles should continue to be a top contender in 2020.
Meanwhile, the Dolphins are in a bit of a different situation since the team is expected to go through rebuilding mode once again, although Miami does deserve some credit for ending last season on a positive note by winning three of their final five games.
Miami may be a work in progress as far as being a contender is concerned, but this doesn’t mean that Philadelphia couldn’t benefit from some of their potential free agents expected to be available this offseason.
So to have a little fun, here are a few potential free agents worth considering for the Eagles from the Dolphins before free agency officially gets underway come March.
