In a world where everyone plays Fantasy, we all want to talk stats right?

Diggs is the most experienced of this talented trio of cover guys from college football’s best conference. In 44 career games, the former Alabama Crimson Tide standout racked up 68 total tackles (43 were solo) to go along with four picks, 17 pass breakups, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and two defensive touchdowns.

Quite a few NFL scouts rank him right behind Okudah, Henderson, and Arnette.

His SEC West counterparts, Dantzler and Fulton appeared in 31 and 24 games at the collegiate level respectively.

Dantzler registered 108 tackles (78 were solo), five picks, 1.5 sacks, 20 pass breakups, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery for the Mississippi State Bulldogs. Fulton racked up 56 tackles with 42 of those being of the solo variety for the LSU Tigers. The rest of his stat line was rather impressive as well, with Fulton snagging two picks, breaking up 20 passes, and forcing a fumble.

Diggs isn’t a natural defender, but he makes up for it with nice instincts. His injury history may make a few teams shy away, but he could start on the outside in the NFL rather early.

Fulton struggled versus the Texas Longhorns and the Clemson Tigers and has been labeled as undisciplined, and that could knock him out of the first-round discussions if he struggles with some bad workouts. He’ll need to improve as a tackler for the next level as well.

Dantzler is probably the least athletic of the three, but unless he bombs at the NFL Combine or his Pro Day, it still makes sense to believe he’d be a guy who comes off of draft boards at the end of Round 1. The ITI staff believes all should run the 40-yards dash in the 4.51 to 4.55 range.
