The Philadelphia Eagles have had some success by diving into Stanford’s pool of talent (Zach Ertz). They also employ a couple of guys that the jury is still out on (Nate Herbig and JJ Arcega-Whiteside). If they decide the Cardinal’s Pro Day on March 19th is worth a visit, Casey Toohill may be worth a look and a potential prospect that could join Ertz, Arcega-Whiteside, and Nate Herbig as former members of the Cardinal on Philly’s roster.

He’s a six-foot-four, 247-pound potential third-rounder who racked up 57 tackles, eight sacks, a forced fumble, and a pass breakup. He provides every NFL team with value as he can work as an outside pass rusher in the 3-4 scheme or the SAM (strongside linebacker) in base 4-3 sets.

He got an invite to the most recent combine after the end of the 2019 collegiate regular season, and he performed well, scoring a 4.62 in the 40-yard dash after posting 17 reps on the bench press. He also showcased a 39-inch vertical and a 126-inch broad jump before turning in marks of 7.08 seconds in the three-cone drill and 4.21 seconds in the 20-yard shuffle. Keep an eye on him
