54. . . . Nate Sudfeld, quarterback. . player

There’s no nice way to say this really. Nate Sudfeld can’t play, and it would be hard to find someone that tells you that they’re happy he’s still with this team.

He has 25 passing attempts, 20 completions, and a touchdown on his resume, but as men and women who love the Eagles, we’re all sick and tired of this team trying to sell this guy like we should be happy with what he is and that we should be comfortable with him taking the offensive reigns if Carson Wentz goes down with another injury.

Yeah, the coaches and decision-makers know more about what’s best for this team than any of us but this one can’t be explained. Grade: F

Rodney McLeod, safety. . player. 54. . .

Truthfully, no one should be upset about this one. This is a pretty solid decision.

Now, you can make the argument that you’d rather have Malcolm Jenkins back there over Rodney McLeod. You can even say that Rodney should be “the other guy” and not “the guy” in Philly’s last line of defense, but over the past few seasons, we’ve all seen that this team is better with “23” on the field than they are if he isn’t.

This isn’t the greatest reacquisition in Philly’s recent history, but it certainly isn’t one of the worst. Grade: B
