player. 820. . . . Casey Matthews, 4th Round.

Before the Bosa brothers took the league by storm and after the Eagles found a rival in Tiki Barber (and Ronde Barber took an interception back to the house to close down “The Vet”), two more brothers found their way into the Eagles fans’ consciousness.

One is Clay Matthews, and he’s tallied 519 tackles and 91.5 sacks in a brilliant career. The other is his brother Casey Matthews. The latter played for Philly. The “Birds” landed him in Round 4 of 2011’s draft, and though the numbers are decent (114 tackles and 2.5 sacks in 64 games with 16 starts), it was very clear early that most Eagles fans were always going to compare what Clay was doing to what Casey wasn’t. Grade: C
