1. Ruggs could learn from Jeffery, Jackson

One can only imagine how different things would have been for Philadelphia on offense last season if there weren’t so many key injuries to players like Jeffery and Jackson, but at least there is hope for 2020.

Over the last couple of months, one of the most popular topic of discussion surrounding the Eagles is whether the team would move on from Jeffery or Jackson at some point this offseason, although it would obviously be easier said than done.

Since both players are currently on the roster with the draft right around the corner, it’s safe to assume that Jeffery and Jackson are going to be part of the mix for 2020, which could actually be beneficial for a young wideout like Ruggs.

When it comes to learning from experienced veterans, Jeffery and Jackson could provide Ruggs with plenty of knowledge to help him one day develop into a top wideout in the NFL.

There aren’t too many teams across the league that would be able to put Ruggs in a situation like Philadelphia where he would be able to learn from experienced teammates in Jeffery and Jackson.

Jeffery and Jackson’s future with the Eagles beyond the 2020 season may be uncertain at the moment. But if the two of them were to help pave the way for someone like Ruggs to eventually take on larger role for the offense, Philadelphia would be in great position for the long run.
