819. . . . Troy Pride Jr.. 1. player

Knowing that Troy Pride Jr. is five-foot-eleven and weighs 193 pounds might have turned a few teams and coaches off early, but a strong showing at the most recent NFL Scouting Combine placed him back on a few radars.

He ran a 4.4-second 40-yard dash, which could demonstrate that he’s able to keep up with some of the faster NFL receivers in a foot race. That was the highlight of a nice workout where he also threw up 13 reps on the bench press and showcased a 35.5-inch vertical.

Not only that, but he also scored a 119-inch broad jump, 6.94 seconds in the three-cone drill, and 4.26 seconds in the three-cone drill.

In 37 career games with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Pride racked up 121 total tackles, four interceptions, and 18 pass breakups. He was also a standout on Notre Dame’s track team. Is he a guy that can play on the outside or is he a slot guy? That will be a question that will probably follow him from now until training camp starts.
