3. player. 817. . . . Justin Jefferson, LSU

Justin Jefferson isn’t as fast as Ruggs is, but who is? Jefferson isn’t as shifty as Ruggs is and doesn’t possess a 42-inch vertical, but very few people in any draft class can claim that type of distinction.

What separates Jefferson (from Ruggs) is the bigger body, the longer arms, rangier wingspan, and, if you’re into these types of things, the fact that NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein compares him to Greg Jennings.

If the Eagles take Jefferson and get a Greg Jennings clone, there will be a parade on Broad Street. Yes, Ruggs will probably be drafted higher, but Jefferson is able to do a tad more in a few more areas on the field, and for that reason, he gets the nod at number three.

He also registered 165 receptions, 2,415 receiving yards, and 24 touchdowns in 30 games at the collegiate level. He’s going to be good for a long time.
