196. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Shaun Bradley. player. 54. Linebacker. Temple

Grade: B+

Could the Eagles end up with a sixth-round steal from a local kind in Shaun Bradley?

Thanks to the program’s improvement over the years, Temple has made quite a name for themselves when it comes to former players going on to make significant impacts at the NFL level.

And if all goes well for Bradley, the Owls linebacker could soon see his name added to that impressive list after the Eagles decided he was worth taking a risk on during the final day of draft action.

While the Eagles were expected to consider using multiple picks on wide receiver during this year’s draft, the same appeared to be the case at linebacker since this was one of the team’s biggest weaknesses on the defensive side of the football.

Even though Bradley has a smaller frame than most linebackers making the transition to the NFL this year, he does make up for it in other areas, whether it happens to be his quick step or coverage ability.

As discussed with Taylor, since linebacker is one of the biggest questions surrounding Philadelphia heading into the 2020 season, Bradley will also be in decent position to compete for playing time if he manages to earn a roster spot come September.
