1. How much time should a Super Bowl buy you?

It’s called nostalgia for a reason. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines it as “pleasure and sadness that is caused by remembering something from the past and wishing that you could experience it again”. That kind of sounds like how Eagles fans feel about that Super Bowl victory, huh?

Should that season and how it ended have bought Roseman and the Eagles regime more time to prove what they can do? It absolutely should have. Think about those Dallas Cowboys and how dumb of a decision that moving on from Jimmy Johnson after he had just won two straight Super Bowls, but experiencing nostalgia can also mean that the desired result isn’t occurring with any regularity.

Such is the case with this Eagles franchise.
