2. Giants could go winless in December

First off, no matter how the Giants look entering December, the main topic of discussion will be Odell Beckham Jr. returning to MetLife Stadium towards the end of the month to face his former team.

Along with what should be a tough meeting with the Cleveland Browns if they happen to live up to the high expectations this time around, the rest of December looks absolutely brutal for New York when seeing the other three teams they need to face.

At the beginning of the month, the Giants will travel across country to face Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks before returning home to take on another potential team on the rise in the Arizona Cardinals, who all of a sudden appear to be legitimate NFC contenders.

Following Beckham’s return to MetLife, New York will need to deal with one of the league’s most high-powered offenses on the road in the Baltimore Ravens, as one can only imagine what Lamar Jackson has in store for an encore presentation after taking home MVP honors last season.

The potential will certainly be there for the Giants to pull off a surprise or two against some of these competitive teams, but also if New York went without a single win throughout the month, this wouldn’t come as a surprise at all.
