1. Giants end season facing Cowboys

As exciting as it would have been to see the Eagles end the 2020 season facing the Cowboys since there is a chance the race for the NFC East title will come right down to the wire once again, at least Philadelphia should benefit from hosting Washington in Week 17.

Even if there is a chance of the Redskins turning out to be surprise contenders in the NFC now that Dwayne Haskins has some experience and the defense ended up with a great addition in Chase Young, this will hopefully be a favorable win for the Eagles.

While Philadelphia will be taking on Washington, New York will be facing another challenge of their own at home with Dallas coming to town in what could end up being a more difficult battle if the Cowboys are extra motivated to earn a playoff spot.

Obviously, New York would love to be in the playoff discussion themselves during this time of year, but at the moment, it only seems fair to assume that Dallas will in fact be the ones in the better position to punch their ticket to the postseason.
