Someone needs to school the Philadelphia Eagles on ‘bad wins’.

If we’re going to talk about ‘good losses’, we have to bring up the fact that Carson Wentz has been awful and the fact that had he played anyone else in these last two games, the Eagles would have two more losses on the ledger. This team isn’t going to be able to turn the ball over four times and expect opposing teams to score just three points, not with this schedule.

It’s almost impossible not to talk about Eagles football or this team’s turnover issues and not talk about Carson Wentz’s 12 interceptions, his seven fumbles on the year, or the fact that he’s fumbled 55 times in 64 career games.

Here’s the problem though. Nothing ever changes. No one’s in his ear after those turnovers. We’re not seeing him talking to anyone or dissecting one of those Microsoft Surface tablets. Every postgame interview leads to the same thing. ‘I know I’m turning the ball over’, ‘I need to be better at that’, and ‘I’m just aggressive by nature and always looking for the big play’.

That’s cool. He’s saying the right things. but when do things change? If you listen to Coach, you won’t feel any better. If what Wentz is saying is bothering you, you’re really going to get irritated by Doug. Here are two more concerning statements from the Eagles head coach.
