Two Philadelphia Eagles’ rookies provided a spark for this team in Week 13.

Stud: Jalen Reagor, wide receiver.

All Philly fans were waiting for the game that Jalen Reagor would finally show out and Week 13 was that game. The rookie tallied over 100 scrimmage-yards, including a muffed punt that he wound up taking to the house. If you’ve been an Eagles fan for a long time, you might remember a game in which another Eagles receiver did the same thing.

Reagor’s speed was on full display, and his ability to weave his way through traffic has shown fans that he has the ability to be a playmaker. The rookie also snagged a 34-yard reception from a fellow rookie, Jalen Hurts, the latter earns a spot on the studs list as well.

Stud: Jalen Hurts, quarterback.

As stated earlier, Jalen Hurts wasn’t incredible, but he was a great change of pace for Philly fans and this Eagles team. Hurts threw for 109 passing yards, ran for 29 more, and threw a touchdown in Week 13.

He had some difficulty but flashed enough intriguing traits talent to be named the Eagles’ starter for Week 14. Regardless of what happens over the course of these next four weeks, Hurts gave the Eagles a fighting chance in Week 13. Now, what does he do for an encore?
