Denver Broncos. . team. 45. . .

If the Philadelphia Eagles are looking for a trade partner, they could call Elway.

Even if you don’t follow what the Denver Broncos are doing, you have to respect the mindset of a John Elway. For a man that has played the most position in sports at its highest level, he’s naturally going to be more critical of guys who have come after him and are trying to do the same thing.

Does anyone remember how quickly Elway ran Tim Tebow out of town? How patient was he with Paxton Lynch and Brock Osweiler? Heck, you can even argue, if you’ve taken the time to check this out, that there doesn’t seem to be a huge infatuation with Brock Osweiler.

As a matter of fact, John Elway has only been totally satisfied with who he had playing quarterback once, when he signed Payton Manning, and that even stalled a little when Manning had clearly physically given all that he had left to give.

Denver is perfect for someone as sensitive as Wentz is. They have great young skill players. The media isn’t as harsh. Wentz can be celebrated for how good he is. The evidence has shown us that he’s fragile and can’t handle criticism. Being in Denver will allow him to flourish without having to ‘block out the outside noise’.
