2. What if Howie was right and the Philadelphia Eagles fans were wrong?

This has been said on this site a few times if you keep up with what we do here at ITI, but has anybody thought about what happens if we find out that Howie Roseman was right? No one liked the selection of Jalen Hurts in the second round, but what if he turns out to be the franchise quarterback the Philadelphia Eagles actually needed? How will Howie be viewed then?

After seeing him swing and miss on so many draft choices, no one was prepared to see Howie get one right (and for the rest of us to be wrong), but here we are. This Jalen Hurts idea might turn out to be one of the better ideas Philly’s vice president and general manager has ever had.

3. What does this mean for Wentz and Pederson’s future with the Philadelphia Eagles?

Okay, you had to know that this was coming. If you took a poll among Eagles fans, you’d probably learn that Howie Roseman was the most unpopular person in this Doug Pederson versus Howie Roseman versus Carson Wentz debate. You may have also learned that, if there’s any scenario where all three of these guys are back, there’s going to be a mini uprising in the Birds fan base.

Howie’s safe apparently. What does that mean for Doug Pederson and Carson Wentz? Are they both back as well or will one or the other be used as a scapegoat? Only time will tell, but here’s what bears repeating. If Doug Pederson and Howie Roseman and Carson Wentz are all back in 2021, all Hades is going to break loose in the Eagles’ fan base.
