With the Philadelphia Eagles being strapped for cash, these players make sense.

Rashard Higgins, Wide Reciever

This six-foot-one wide receiver has been a solid possession receiver for the Clevland Browns and was a part of some bigger plays for them this year. Rashard Higgins was just one yard shy of 600 total yards for the season and only played a tick above 40 percent of snaps.

With his 4.5 forty-yard dash speed, calculated with his size, he makes for an appealing target for any quarterback. Considering there is a strong possibility that both DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery will be off the roster this year, the Iggles will need some veterans in that wide receiver room.

Josh Bynes, Linebacker

Current Cincinnati Bengals linebacker, Josh Bynes, is set to be an unrestricted free agent in 2021. Bynes is by definition a journeyman who has been on several different teams through his NFL career that started in 2011.

He would be an interesting pick up for the Eagles as he has played in several different defensive schemes, so changing his style would not be that difficult. Bynes has put up some solid numbers in his career but has always had to compete with Pro-Bowl level talent at almost all of the stops along his journey. The veteran linebacker recorded 90 tackles, 2 quarterback hits, and one sack in 2020 and would be a cheap fix to bolster the Birds linebacking core.
