Yes Philadelphia Eagles fans, Zach Wilson tops this list.

Don’t be surprised if this class goes on to remind you of the quarterback draft class that we’ve all been watching since 2018. Like Baker Mayfield, Trevor Lawrence will go first to what’s been a bit of a snake-bitten franchise with the hopes of turning things around. Trevor’s better than Baker though.

Justin Fields is kind of like Sam Darnold. He’ll flash early but experience some hardship, and like Darnold, we’ll all rack our brains about whether or not Fields is the guy. That makes Zach Wilson the Josh Allen of the bunch. He’s got the tools like Allen. He’s got the arm like Allen, and like Allen, even if it takes a year or two, this guy is destined for big things.

Wilson isn’t as athletic as, say, a Lamar Jackson, but who is right? Place his athletic ability in the same category as, well, Josh Allen or maybe even Johnny Manziel. Remember him?

Must Read. 4 draft prospects the Eagles must avoid at six. light

Wilson is six-foot-three (or somewhere around there). He tips the scales at 210 pounds, and in 30 career games at the collegiate level, he’s completed just under 68 percent of his passes for 7,652 yards on 566 completions to go along with 56 touchdowns versus only 15 picks.

Lawrence is the truth. Lance, Trask Jones, and Fields are all special but don’t sleep on this guy from the BYU Cougars. Five years from now, we might be talking about him as one of the best signal-callers to come out of this class. Write his name down if you haven’t done so already.
