Philadelphia Eagles fans are demanding we see 40 targets and 30 receptions.

Okay, you can’t look and answer this question. How many offensive snaps do you believe Hightower got in his rookie campaign? Would you say 100? Might 200 offensive snaps be your guess? If those were your answers (or anything close to it), you’re off.

Hightower appeared in 13 games with four stars. The result was 346 offensive snaps, roughly 31 percent of the Eagles’ total offensive snaps durIng the 2020-2021 season.

It seems like a man that’s six-foot-one and just under 190 pounds shouldn’t be too hard to find in the pass pattern, but 82 was only targeted 29 times. The result was ten catches, including five that went for first-down yardage and 19 Fantasy points (if you’re into that kind of thing).

The long and the short of it is this. Philly has got to get more out of this guy than that. Heck two catches a game would give him 32 on the season, and if you’re like our staff, you have to believe that isn’t too much to ask for.

You read it here first. Hightower quadruples his catch output in 2021 and finds his way into the end zone a minimum of two times.
