Micah Parsons could be a tone-setter for the Philadelphia Eagles defense.

At six-foot-three and 245-pounds Penn State Nittany Lions linebacker Micah Parsons has the size and dominant play to be a star in the NFL. A sideline-to-sideline monster, Parsons has the athletic ability to give opposing offenses headaches. Parsons could be an excellent addition to a team looking to rebuild their roster.

Arguably the most dangerous defender in the 2021 NFL Draft, the former Nittany Lion has a violent swagger to his playing style. Coming downhill in the run game he is a wrecking ball, but he can also drop into coverage and play the pass. He has raw speed and the football intelligence to help him play in a multitude of ways.

The Philadelphia Eagles are in the middle of a rebuild, and this time around they should attack the defense. Landing a prospect like Micah Parsons would give the Eagles a player they can build their defense around, one with real star quality and the gifts to be a difference-maker for years to come.

If Parsons is sitting there when the Eagles are up, they need to consider the Penn State star. He could be the investment they have needed to be competitive again.
