Can the Philadelphia Eagles finally beat Andy Reid’s Chiefs?

You can make the argument that Tyreek Hill would be most teams’ toughest matchup in 2021. Never has a nickname been more fitting (Cheetah). There’s also, arguably, no other time that a wide receiver has been in a better situation.

There may have been a few that have landed in one that’s just as good, but it’s hard to think of one that’s been in one that’s better. Hill has the game’s best quarterback tossing him the rock, Patrick Mahomes. He also has a mad scientist for a head coach.

The Kansas City Chiefs will move Hill all over the field. The Birds are going to ask Darius Slay to stick with him for most of it, if not all of it, but don’t be surprised if Philly plays zone some to attempt to give Slay a few breathers. The Cheetah is going to be difficult to keep up with in this one.

Now, Slay is no slouch, and we all know that. He ran a 4.36-second 40-yard dash at his NFL Combine compared to the 4.29 Hill ran at his. Slay can cook, but with so many weapons for Philly to cover and with Mahomes being able to put the ball wherever he wants regardless of who’s in coverage, one has to wonder if this is a game that can get away from Philadelphia early.
