Would the Philadelphia Eagles consider Jordan Love if Rodgers stays put?

So, in the end, the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers were able to work things out (for now). We can all laugh about how we used to talk about how the Philadelphia Eagles might trade for the reigning MVP, and we can stop with the discussions about why Philly would or wouldn’t be able to afford him if there was serious interest.

Have you ever watched two fans argue about the salary cap in the comment section on Twitter? None of those guys know what they’re talking about anyway, but since we’re on the subject, what about that other guy? You know, that Jordan Love guy. With Aaron Rodgers still playing at the level he is, doesn’t that normally mean the franchise that’s paying him might field a few calls for the backup quarterback?

It seems like it’s been three years since Green Bay drafted Love and ticked one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time off, but this is a very capable prospect that’s only entering the second year of his rookie deal. Don’t be shocked if he finds his way into a few rumors involving him and a few suitors. The Philadelphia Eagles should definitely pay attention if he does.
