Philadelphia Eagles biggest losers from the 2nd preseason game

Believe it or not, it was much easier to identify the losers on this team than the winners. Here are few guys that probably didn’t get a game ball in the locker room and some dishonorable mentions.

Jalen Reagor, wide receiver:

Stop saying that this guy has turned the corner. He has not. A couple of highlight-reel catches on social media do not an NFL career make, and Jalen Reagor has a long way to go before he’s a consistently successful wide receiver in the NFL.

Jordan Howard, running back:

On one of the Philadelphia Eagles’ earlier drives, they were looking at third down. They handed the ball to Jordan Howard and were denied. What followed was one of the better tweets of the night, one by Tommy Lawlor.

“There was a good hole on 3rd down. Howard was just too slow to hit it. Ugh.” What else needs to be said? It’s baffling that the Eagles and some of you just can’t see that it’s time to give up on this guy.

Matt Pryor, guard/tackle:

At this point, we’ve analyzed every part of Matt Pryor‘s deficiencies with so much frequency that it just seems like we’re riding the guy, but come on. The guy can’t play. You know it. Everyone knows it. Why on Planet Earth is he still here then? Can we just go ahead and end this.
