Potential Eagles draft prospect Jahan Dotson

Here’s another five-foot-eleven guy. We haven’t clocked Jahan Dotson yet, but the eyeball test is telling us he’s a 4.4-second guy.

In 12 regular-season games for the Penn State Nittany Lions in 2021, he’s hauled in 91 receptions for 1182 yards and he’s reached the end zone 12 times as a receiver (and once more as a rusher). If he was drafted by the Eagles and that translated to the professional level, Philadelphia might allow him to run for political office after his first NFL season.

3. player. 829. . . . Jameson Williams, Alabama

Potential Eagles draft prospect Jameson Williams

Where do the Buckeyes keep finding these receivers? Jameson Willams began his collegiate career at Ohio State but transferred to Alabama ahead of the 2021 NCAA season. That decision seems to have worked out for both sides.

Williams slid into the depth chart position vacated by either Jaylen Waddle or DeVonta Smith (you decide). He immediately became Alabama’s favorite deep threat, and after 12 regular-season games, here are the numbers: 61 receptions, 1,261 yards, a 20.7 yards-per-completion average, and 13 touchdowns.

It’s easy to fall in love with his highlight reel and his six-foot-two, 189-pound frame.
