16. team. 60. . . . Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings and three AFC North teams best the Eagles in the middle tier.

The Minnesota Vikings, like every other NFL team, has its deficiencies. Their quarterback’s ceiling is he’ll never lead them to a Super Bowl. He may not lead them to another playoff win, but it just feels like this team can beat the Eagles if they were to play right now.

The Vikings are also 6-7 on the season. The fat lady isn’t singing them a tune yet.

. . Baltimore Ravens. 15. team. 26.

The Ravens’ worst fears have been confirmed. The question was what might happen if Lamar Jackson began to show some chinks in the armor. We now know the answer to that question (as if we didn’t already), and it isn’t pretty.

Baltimore is simultaneously one of the NFL’s 15 best teams and in serious danger of seeing its season spiral completely out of control.

53. . . . Cleveland Browns. 14. team

So much for the Cleveland Browns taking that next step. Once a team that was predicted by many to win the AFC North, the Browns are just as inconsistent as the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cincinnati Bengals.

56. . . . Cincinnati Bengals. 13. team

If you’re like the members of most of the football universe, the Bengals confuse you. One minute, they look like they can play with anyone. The next, they look like, well, the same old Bengals. Their matchup with the Broncos in Week 15 will be a nice assessment of where this team is in an AFC playoff race that gets tighter by the week.
