Eagles versus Washington Week 17 prop bets

Bet Number One:

  • Jalen Hurts Total Passing Yards (over 206.5) -115

According to WynnBET, the Philadelphia Eagles are 4.5-point favorites with a moneyline of -230. The over/under is 47.5 points.

Jalen Hurts’ passing touchdown over/under is 1.5. Odds on the over are +120. Odds on the under are -165. Do with that info whatever you will, but you never know with QB1 when it comes to the passing game. Sometimes he’s throwing touchdown passes. At other times, he’s more likely to reach the end zone with his legs.

It’s for that reason that we recommend taking the over in terms of his projected passing yards total. The over/under there is 206.5 yards. Sure, you’ve heard over and over that the Eagles are a running team (and they are), but you also know that these guys can’t help themselves. Nick Sirianni is going to air it out.

Now, while that’s worked to Philly’s detriment in past games, it’s hard to deny that Hurts is getting better all of the time. He’s hanging in there and continuing to keep his eyes downfield in situations where he used to take off.  The deep ball has looked a little better in the past two games.

Expect the Eagles to dominate at the line of scrimmage and push Washington around in the running game, but it’s also a safe play to assume QB1 will exceed 207 yards passing.
