Allen Robinson, Bears. 1. player. 57. . .

Allen Robinson might be the best wideout the Eagles have a shot at landing.

By a show of hands, how many of you believe that the Green Bay Packers won’t find some way to extend Davante Adams? Yep, we didn’t think there would be too many takers on that one.

This is the NFL and professional athletes that we’re discussing, however. Anything is possible.

No one can guarantee that Adams won’t hit the open market, especially if Aaron Rodgers makes the decision that the best option for himself is leaving, but until we know more about that, we’ll put a pin in this discussion and move along to what might be everyone’s choice for the second-best option on a list of possible free agents, Allen Robinson whose seemingly wasted four of his best years with the Chicago Bears.

In 59 games with 56 starts (that includes two playoff games) as a member of the Bears, Robinson racked up 309 receptions for 3,759 receiving yards, and 19 touchdowns, and he did most of that with sub-par play from the quarterback position.

light. Trending. 3 reasons to trade one of those 1st-rounders

Once we hit the offseason, Robinson should be in everyone’s top five of the best free-agent wide receivers available, and even the best part about this is he doesn’t even reach 30 years of age until August of 2023. He still has plenty of tread on the tire.
