Adding Kayvon Thibodeaux and Evan Neal to the roster with a pair of first-round draft choices gives the New York Giants a couple of building blocks that they can get excited about. Unfortunately, many of the other blocks are missing.

Their quarterback can’t play. Saquon Barkley can’t stay healthy, and following the news that New York didn’t pick up the fifth-year option on Jones’ rookie deal, the Giants are set for a rebuilding year and a home loss in this one versus the Birds.

13. 57. Final. 26. 54

Venue: Soldier Field

Eagles overall and divisional record: 9-5, 3-1

You can make the argument that the Chicago Bears did themselves a solid by bringing in a new coaching staff to, hopefully, give themselves some new life. Unfortunately, they didn’t do themselves any favors by allowing their best players to leave and blowing up their roster (despite having money to spend in free agency).

Year 2 of the Justin Fields experience is underway. Unfortunately, he has nothing to work with on offense.
