The Eagles should expect Frank Reich and the Colts’ best shot come November.

Arguments can be made that, during the first ten games of their season, the Eagles could be favored in every contest with the exception of that October 16th home showdown in Week 6 versus the Dallas Cowboys on primetime television. Following a Week 7 bye, they face the Pittsburgh Steelers, Houston Texans, and Washington Commanders. Then it’s full speed ahead as they’re on a collision course with their former offensive coordinator, Frank Reich, and his new squad in ‘the place that Peyton Manning built, Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Indianapolis Colts, Week 11 (November 20th)

Time flies. The 2022-2023 NFL season doubles as Reich’s fifth at the helm of the Indianapolis Colts. During much of his tenure, he’s been struggling to find a quarterback he likes.

Andrew Luck hung the cleats up. Philip Rivers and Carson Wentz were both one-year answers, but Frank has someone he likes now (we think), Matt Ryan.

Say what you want, but Ryan is a former MVP and an upgrade from Wentz. This one’s a road game for Philly, one that comes after a game on Monday Night Football. Again, you can argue reasons as to why Philly would be favored in this one, but we’re a long way from November.

Honestly, we wouldn’t be surprised if Philly won this one or if they were run out of the building.
